Part 1 . Teaching material analysis
(一) the position and function of the teaching material
I want to talk about this part from two points
1, The summary of the new goal English
The language education idea of " new goal English " is: Knowledge is used for taking action and emphasized " the language is used ", train " innovating , practising ability ", develop " studying strategies ". It mainly adopts Task-based Language Teaching method.
2, The unit’s teaching material analysis
Unit 6, the topic is“ How long have you been collecting shells?”, It is talking about" how long have you been doing things ", and review general past tense and present progressive tense, learn to use The Present Perfect Progressive, let students learn to talk about and share one's own hobby and collections.
(二)Teaching goals
According to the concrete description about the total goal of " course standard of English " , combine the teaching material in Unit 6, I think:
1, The knowledge objects are to learn some new words and phases. talk about “how long have you been doing” and to understand the present perfect progressive
2, The ability objects are to train the students’ listening,speaking,reading and writing abilities and also to improve their abilities of cooperation and communication.
3, The moral objects are to help the students enjoy the excitement of learning English and also can encourage them to spend their spare time meaningfully.
(三) Teaching key points and difficult points:
According to the lesson in the teaching material’s position and function as well as the current level of the students , I think:
1. The teaching key points should be how to let the students remember the the target language.
2. The teaching difficult points should be the difference between The Simple past tense and Present progressive tense and the use of the word since and for |
